Not only were they accommodating and understanding, but they went above and beyond to ensure my parents were comfortable and had everything they needed. The heating in our chalet was top-notch, providing a cozy and warm atmosphere during our entire stay. The presence of tea and coffee facilities in the chalet added a homely touch, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. It was truly a delight to find such a well-equipped and welcoming accommodation, surpassing my already high expectations.
